Third Wall has three policies available to prevent and mitigate ransomware.
The Monitor Event Log Clearing policy will raise a flag for investigation if ransomware tries to clear the event log
Disable EXE Running from %AppData% policy, which can stop ransomware from being launched successfully
The Monitor for Ransomware Attacks policy sends a ticket allowing you to Isolate a computer, run an AV Scan, or even protect your Shadow copies upon detection
Logon reporting
Capture every user logon, logoff, unlock, and lock event for your entire client base, and report them by client
Run a report every month or schedule it, save it, and you have a complete archive for your clients
Automatically pair each logon event with its corresponding logoff event

Register external storage devices such as USBs for clients.
Protect your clients from data theft, whether it's employees or contractors. Depending on the location set by USB Wall, only external storage devices that are registered will be seen by those computers.
