World-class support 24/7/365

The ThreatLocker Cyber Hero Team is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including all observed holidays, with an average application approval time of 15 minutes or less.

If the software is already a built-in within the ThreatLocker Allowlisting tool, a Cyber Hero Team Member can approve it on the spot. If it is not a built-in within Allowlisting, a Cyber Hero will run the requested software in the ThreatLocker Testing Environment to verify that it is safe and trustworthy to execute within your organization’s environment.
