ThreatLocker® is looking for a talented and ambitious ‘hunter’ software Sales Representative that thrives in a fast-paced startup sales environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving our customer acquisition and will be part of our rapidly growing sales team with multiple career paths available. As a Sales Representative you are responsible for but not limited to:

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their cybersecurity needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of cybersecurity products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to showcase how ThreatLocker cybersecurity solutions address clients' specific challenges and add value to their operations.
  • Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' cybersecurity requirements, identifying vulnerabilities and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Proposal Creation: Develop detailed proposals outlining recommended cybersecurity solutions, including pricing, implementation plans, and ongoing support.
  • Negotiation: Engage in negotiation processes to finalize contracts, ensuring both client satisfaction and company profitability.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and prioritize a sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through various stages of the sales cycle.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to align sales strategies with the capabilities of the cybersecurity products and services offered.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and sales activities using the ThreatLocker CRM
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends for management review.
  • Customer Advocacy: Foster positive client relationships to encourage referrals and testimonials, contributing to the growth of the cybersecurity business.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of two years of outside sales experience; B2B sales preferred
  • Experience in software-centric in SDR or BDR positions, preferred
  • Proficient in identifying and engaging MSP or MSSP leads and in high volume outbound prospecting
  • Experienced in CRM (Salesforce, Sugar, etc.) to build and maintain pipeline
  • Effective oral and written communicator
  • Startup experience, preferred
  • Highly organized and adaptable to a dynamic work environment

POSITION OVERVIEW

Are you passionate about cybersecurity and ensuring organizational compliance with industry standards and regulations?  We are seeking an Entry-Level Cybersecurity Compliance Documentation Assistant to join our team and support our efforts in maintaining, documenting and supporting our cybersecurity practices.

JOB SCOPE

  • Supporting Sales department in lead and product demonstration calls
  • Managing post-sales cycle to providing technical support to client through audit reviews
  • Serve as a technical expert in providing detailed specifications for proposed solutions including time and scope involved
  • Assist other department engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and demonstrating them to other members of the team
  • Analyze current technologies used within the company to identify and mitigate potential gaps within processes and cycles
  • Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates in relation to customer experience
  • Work alongside sales teams to successfully monitor progress and implementation of initiatives
  • Account for possible project challenges or constraints and proactively seek to manage challenges
  • Create and deploy product training webinars
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, knowledge sessions as a brand ambassador and presenter

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of five years of professional experience in IT solutions
  • Experience within cybersecurity industry, preferred
  • Understanding of best practices regarding system security measures
  • Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes
  • Understanding of sales cycle
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
