Sami Jenkins is Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of ThreatLocker, a global cybersecurity company specializing in Zero Trust endpoint protection. With nearly 20 years of experience in IT, starting in technical support and systems administration, she brings a deep understanding of both technology and operations to the team. Sami has been a driving force behind the rapid growth at ThreatLocker, including an 83 percent headcount increase in 2024. She now leads global operations and expansion into new regions, while overseeing execution across product, engineering, sales, and support. Her focus is on building high-performing teams, scaling operations, and ensuring the company remains closely aligned with customer needs.
Sami Jenkins is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Co-Founder of ThreatLocker. With nearly 20 years of experience in IT and technology leadership, she has led operational growth of the company since it was founded in 2017. She brings a practical understanding of both technology and business operations, grounded in her early experience in technical support and systems administration.
In her role as COO, Sami oversees operational strategy and execution across the organization. She has guided the company through rapid growth and global expansion, including significant headcount increases and entry into new regions, while building the internal structure needed to support a fast-growing customer base. Her leadership has helped drive a high level of responsiveness from the ThreatLocker Cyber Hero Team, with customer service requests answered in about one minute on average.
Prior to ThreatLocker, Sami co-founded Sirrustec, Inc., where she focused on developing email security technologies for businesses. She later founded PRD Technology, delivering IT management, software development, and technology services to organizations across multiple industries.
