Train like a hacker. Defend like a pro.

Learn from the cybersecurity pros who battle real threats every day. In this free onsite bootcamp, you’ll experience both sides of the fight: attacker tactics and defender strategies.

You’ll build core IT skills in Windows, networking, and domain management, then test how hackers break them.

With expert guidance, you’ll flip perspectives, using ThreatLocker to design Zero Trust defenses that block intrusions before they begin.

By the end, you’ll have the real-world skills that recruiters and hiring managers look for.

Logistics and commitment

  • Dates: Oct 6–Nov 14 (six weeks)
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6–8 p.m.
  • Location: ThreatLocker HQ in Maitland
  • Format: In-person, hands-on training (60 hours total)
  • Cost: Free
  • Prerequisites: Basic IT knowledge required; no prior certifications needed

Why this bootcamp is different

Most cybersecurity courses give you theory. This one drops you into live-fire practice. The first two weeks establish your foundation: terminology, networking, OSI model, Active Directory, registry functions, hashing, and encryption. From there, you’ll move into attacker operations, like password cracking, cookie theft, Mimikatz, malware development, and EDR evasion.

Then you’ll flip roles and defend: Deploying Zero Trust policies, allowlisting, network controls, and automated responses.

Every step mirrors real-world scenarios security teams face daily. You’ll attack, defend, and understand both sides of the battle.
